Services included:
Weekly change of bedroom and bathroom linen; water, electricity and gas (for kitchen), final cleaning; firewood for fireplace and barbecue; use swimming pool. Bottle of wine!

Services non included:
Breakfast Euro 8,00 per person - Dinner Euro 30,00 per person (drinks not included) - Extra Bed Euro 30,00 a week - Laundry service Euro 6,00 per washg - Heating consumption.

Modality of payment:
On reservation send 30%  deposit  with: Credit Card  (CartaSì, Visa, Mastercard), Bank Money Transfer, Postal Money Order. On arrival: security deposit of  Euro 150, 00. On departure payment with: credit card or cash.

Arrivals and departures:
Minimum stay during high season: 7days. Minimum stay during low seasons: 2 days. Arrivals:Saturday 3-7 pm. Departure Saturday by 10 am.
